Until Saturday the 15th of November, I have not had internet use and the cable TV was not working correctly. We also had no landline phone usage. I was on the phone no less than five times this last week. It was impossible to clearly hear and understand your tech service reps due to their inability to speak English well. I followed every direction they had given to me. Each time I was told it was fixed and each time it was not. I finally got so frustrated, I hung up on the last person. What kind of customer service do you offer? Based upon the letters previous to mine, it is clear your service is truly terrible. I finally went to the Mayfair office and was assured that a tech would be at my home on Saturday morning between 10-11am. Joel was!!!!! He could not believe that I had not been offered a tech visit throughout any of the phone calls.<br /> <br /> I do want to congratulate you on the service tech who came to my home Joel Tech was excellent. I only wish I had talked to him earlier. You are lucky to have him, but you can fire the rest. As soon, as possible, I will be cancelling my TWC services.
