Original Comment I bought all the new major appliances at sears. put master warranties on everything. my stove has broken down and caught on fire a few times in 3 yrs, they have been out to fix it at least7 times in the last yr. I told them I want it replaced. I was told it has to break down at least 3 times in 90 days. then the repair man has to ok a new one. I paid 500.00 for each warranty and was told they would be replaced if they broke down. what a joke. I bought a bunch of junk. I will never do business with sears again.
