Original Comment We stayed at the Days Inn in Kinder, La about 3 months ago and the internet didn't work in one building so I had to come to the lobby to use the internet. Today we are at the same hotel in Kinder, LA and I used my points to get 2 free rooms. What a joke!! I reserved king rooms with flat screen tv's, microwaves and refrigerators. They put us in the same building that the internet didn't work in before and it still doesn't work. So I am back in the lobby using the internet again. They refused to put us in the rooms I reserved, instead we are in the part that has not been remodeled, but they did give us suites. The only problem with that is the microwave doesn't work, there were no towels in the room and in the one of our rooms the a/c was taken apart and laying in the floor. This is the worst Days Inn we have ever stayed in. It cost me 28,000 points to get the rooms we wanted and still didn't get what we asked for. I would not recommend this hotel at all. They need to fix the internet so it works in all their buildings, put clean shower curtains in the bathrooms that don't have mildew on them. There are so many problems with this place.
