Original Comment Disgusted with ATT right now! AMde us cancel our service when i wanted to take financial ownership of another account and told us jsut to set it back up in my name. Did that , had it cancelled on Wednesday and scheduled new isntallation for Thursday 11/20. They never showed up and I had to call THEM to find out why. They proceed to tell me there is a port issue and it cant be set up today even though we just had cable yesterday and there was not port issues. I have done nothing but get the run around ALLLLL day and then get told im going to have to wait until they fix it and then call in and re request an appointment which wont be available until after THANKSGIVING!! THAT is a HUGE problem and no one seems to care!
