Absolutely LOUSY customer service! I sent a vest back for repair 8 or 9 months ago and have sent multiple emails trying to get an answer about the status of it. I was ignored for many months until I took time out of my day to call the number on the website, at which time they &quot;magically&quot; responded to my 3 month old email the next day. I was told on November 5 that a new vest was in the mail to me. It's a month later and I have yet to receive a vest. I went to your facebook page to see if maybe a public complaint would light a little fire under the company to respond and resolve this.... their response was &quot;your best option to speak to someone is to call xxx-xxx-xxxx.....&quot;<br /> I've ALREADY DONE THAT. Why is it my responsibility to call you again to fix your problems? I've spent so much time trying to resolve YOUR customer service issues, I might as well just give up on the vest that I wanted back. (And that rightfully belongs to me!)<br /> Hands down the WORST customer service I have EVER received and you have lost a once-loyal Columbia customer. I will make sure to never recommend your company to anyone. Absolute disrespect for your customers.
