I always love KFC, I even go out of my way to a certain location, Westchester, IL on 31St Ave. So I went there last nite ordered a 8pc crispy. Got home 11 miles yet, and the chicken was horrible, no spices nothing except for the breading falling off. So I called an asked for the manager here is how the conversation we<br /> Manager: Yeah what do you want<br /> Me, Is this the manager<br /> Manager: Yeah who is this<br /> Me: what is your name please<br /> Manager: real cocky James why?<br /> Me: so I mentioned I just purchased an 8 pc crispy and there were no spices or anything, <br /> Manager: When <br /> Me: about 1/2 hr ago<br /> Manager :what did you order?<br /> Me: 8pc crispy and it is terrible<br /> Manager: we don't put spices on the crispy chicken<br /> Me: since when that is what I always buy<br /> Manager: Well to bad<br /> Me: Really, well then I will call the corporate<br /> Manager: he hung up on me<br /> Now I want to know what kind of manager speaks to a customer who has a complaint, he was rude and ignorant, he could have said oh I am sorry, or something NOT HANG UP because a customer was not pleased with their meal. This the first time in all the years I have gone to KFC that I was written a complaint.
