I am VERY UPSET; I purchased two LG 31 G cell phones on Black Friday at my local Wal-Mart Super Center, as I attempted to activate the first phone, it was determined that it was defective. I then asked a representative from Straight Talk what I should do with the phone as Wal-Mart stated that they no longer carry this particular phone, the caller advised me to return the phone and that they will send me a brand new phone (from Straight Talk) in 3-7 business days. I then returned the phone as recommended and after two days, I called Straight Talk to confirm that the phone was already processed and mailed out, they stated that it was (a different representative this time). When there was no sign of the new phone, I called and spoke to a third representative who stated that I was given the incorrect information and that I SHOULD have mailed the phone to STRAIGHT TALK not WAL-MART and due to the fact that I did not, now I am not able to receive the replacement phone that was promised to me. I then went to Wal-Mart, purchased the second phone, and once I returned home, it was determined by Straight Talk staff that this phone too was in fact defective... now I am without a phone in which I use directly for work and emergency purposes!!!
