Original Comment Dear Sony,<br /> I am writing trough all possible channels until somebody contact me to attend and sort my issue.<br /> My Xperia Z1 was sent to repair because it turned on overheating control and since then camera is not working and it does not charge anymore. Overheating control has turned on by itself not by my mistake. So I got reply that I must pay for repair. This is out of any question as my phone is under warranty that covers errors like this. I contacted customer service here in Spain to find out where my phone is (tracking is switched off, not by me, and I can not locate it) and with whom I could speak to discuss this issue. First they do not want to tell me where is my phone, second they did not provide me contact of person in charge for repairs. I asked for contact of legal representative but I got no answer. I have written emails to every accessible address connected to Sony. It is amazing that worldwide there is no one person employed in Sony who cares about this issue. <br /> I hope to hear from you soon.<br /> <br /> Best wishes,<br /> Danijela
