I am very upset I have spent 2 hours talking with your representatives and have been told false information and now am out 50 dollars and have 2 phones active when all I wanted was to transfer my old number to my new phone. My service ended on Sunday and that same day I ordered a new phone and service card. I received it on Tuesday and went ahead and activated the phone under the assumption I would get my old number, didn't happen. I called your service representative and was told my old phone had to be active to transfer the number in which he told me to purchase a plan and they would carry that same one over to my new phone with the number.. however now I cannot get the old number without deactivating the new phone in which they cannot pay me back the service because it was bought together with the phone. I cannot get reimbursed for the old phone cause I have to keep it active to transfer the number.. so how do you suppose I get 1 phone with 2 service months or just 1 month and get my money back for the other.. this is something much BS. Please fix this problem I have
