Had to go through my bank to get my money back for monthly service pre-paid because Cricket wouldn't credit my bank card even though I was cancelling prior to the beginning of the month and had paid for two months in advance...also wouldn't take my phone back even though it was brand new and within the 7 days and had nothing wrong with it....the manager saw a smudge on the phone and claimed it "could be water damage" and refused to open the phone and check, saying she had no authority to do so...I was able to get letters from managers from other cell phone companies, as well as a letter from a cell phone repairman, all attesting that there was no water damange, but I can't get ahold of anyone to take the phone and give me my money back. Terrible customer service.
