Original Comment Miserable/unacceptable performance by the Lafayette, La regional Service Office which is overseen by a Mr Scott Withdrow (Regional MGR) and Mrs Amanda Thibadeaux (Admin Area MGR). I had my system installed over 1yr ago and I have not been able to get ADT out to either resolve the inoperable camera Issue nor de-install the camera's and credit my account. I have made contact with the representatives mentioned above and they seem to be ignoring my emails and phone calls however, my account continues to be drafted for services that I am not receiving. I would like inbfo on how to contact someone at the ADT Corporate Office so that I can get this resolved in an amicable manner.
