Original Comment Just wanted to send a comment regarding a recent visit to one of your stores located in Kissimmee, Florida. After going into this store I wouldn't have pursued any shopping if I hadn't had a gift certificate as it smelled in there, it was filthy all through the store as well as in the bathrooms, let alone the fitting rooms were a disaster (clothes thrown all over the place... on the floor, chair ... not many on the hook). Your company needs to invest in bigger hooks in the dressing room, a person manning the dressing rooms, a hanging place for clothes that were tried on outside the dressing room. <br /> I just moved to Florida 3 years ago and I can tell you the Burlington Coat Factory in Watertown, NY was immaculate, well kept and well serviced. This last experience in Kissimmee will never happen again until I know or hear differently. Such a shame to see a place look so run down. It doesn't cost money for cleanliness!!
