There has been a HUGE mistake of canceling my future itinerary there were two itineraries listed when I logged in my $9 Club is a reservation that was not taken due to a family emergency in November where this flight was listed with a cancel reservation selection so I made selection to remove off. Then attempted to go to future reservation WF6MFH for Jan 13-16, 2015 only it was no longer there as well itinerary D2CE7. I was not trying to cancel WF6MFH and had not selected it yet it was canceled. I needed some assistance with this matter to get my flight back going. Called customer service go "I'm sorry NO"...Spoke w a supervisor was told "I'm sorry I can see how it was a mistake but, NO". So I had to refund EVERYONES money back on iternerary please non refundable hotels fee and still making payment back to six ppl of an friendly policy airline policy. If page had two itenerary's and one cancellation button was pushed at the bottom of each itinarary how did it cancel both. There is no corporate number to give, no one else to speak with, just NOs all the way through.
