Original Comment My brother (from Minn) and I (from Arizona) Fly to Spokane Wa approx every other month to visit our Dad who lives in Spokane Valley. We have rented from Thrify in the past BUT in November we today I am told that we were being charged for going 118 miles (and charged us almost $30.00<br /> ) when we only went 45 (per our calculation and Ken that I previously talked to 4 days ago and that works there and even was the rental agent)....we rent the vehicle and drive it to my Dad's and it is parked until we drive it back to the airport. We rented a mid-size car that should not have taken much more than a gallon of gas! I asked them to send me a copy of the sign-in sheet with the mileage that we wrote down - but all they sent me was a computer generated bill! DUH!!!!To say the least - we will NEVER use Thrifts car rental again!
