I am about to explode I am so friggin angry right now. Your "customer service reps" aren't worth ..The last 2 or 3 times I added airtime, I was unable to get the "bonus" 20 minutes. I WASTED 15 minutes, 2 times while your foreign reps had me on hold each time...I am out a total of 75 minutes and wrote your corporate office. Today I had a voicemail from a mouth breather saying she was from corporate and needed to discuss my request to be reimbursed or credited. She gave me a number to a CRUISE survey 1-800-636-4883. Then after wasting 3 calls and almost 3 minutes thinking I would be given an option to talk to someone, I called the tracfone number 1-800-867-7183. After WASTING 3 minutes of listening to the automated sections, "akeisha" said she couldn't help me and "didn't know the number to the corporate office." I looked up the corporate number online and of course they are closed. What is going on? Now, I have WASTED a total of 82 minutes trying to find a competent, knowledgeable human being to get some answers!!!!! I JUST bought a $40 phone card and it may be my LAST with this (lack of) service. And I thought sprint was sorry. Will someone email me back please?
