Original Comment Maytag has the poorest customer service, does not honor their manufacturer's warranty, and does not communicate with A&amp;E Factory Services (their Certified Maytag Repair Operation). My new washing machine stopped working after seven months. <br /> A&amp;E Technicians determined it is &quot;irrepairable&quot; and requested replacement from Maytag. Maytag denied the replacement request. A&amp;E cancelled service calls stating there is nothing more they can do. Maytag will not approve the replacement.
