Original Comment To whom it may concern, Pharmacist, Ann Nyguen is no longer stationed at 44th street fifth avenue. I have been coming to this location for the past five and half years and have found her to be an absolute doll. She is extremely poised, professional and personable. She displays a passion for her job and is so helpful to all of the customers. She has an amazing memory and can easily recognize the customers. She is so well liked by so many customers. I was quite shocked as I walked over to refill my prescriptions and was told that she no longer at 44th street and that she was a floater. I was very upset to find that she was replaced. I personally prefer to deal with Ann as she is so helpful. She seems to work very well with the Latchmiwatie Baljit and the regular cashier who name escapes at the moment.... I am not so sure what the criteria and the management decision for the replacement for Ann, but she is a huge loss at the 44th fifth avenue store. The energy there is not the same. She is truly one of your best Pharmacist as well as Frank at the 57th street 6th avenue store. I would be great if you could reconsider your descision and put her back at 44th street. I had a conversation with the manager at the 44th street letting him know how deeply Ann will be missed. Thanks so much.
