Good afternoon, I have thought about writing this for over a week and thought as a place of business you may very well want to hear it. We have a store in Goodman, MO which my family uses a lot. We have notice a large turnover in the store and wondered why. I am no longer wondering, we believe you have people in management that are not as qualified as you may think. This could be from a personal response, so take it as you will. I do work with the public and do schedules for my business. I fully think when you have an employee, to let them go you should call them into the office and explain to them why you are letting them go. NOT work them and then the next week not put them onto the schedule. Then they have to go in to ask why they were not on the schedule to then be told they are no longer needed. In this day and time, when we have young people starting out in the working world, we as business people and older need to lead by example. When we have young people willing to work, show up and do what we ask, I believe we should treat them with a little more respect. I write all this you let you know you let a fine young man, Dalton Epperson, leave your business and not done in a professional manner. I am hoping that your management at Goodman will not hurt him finding another job in the future. If you like to check on your former employee please call John Boyer,or Stanley Crawford , they will be glad to let you know what a fine young man Dalton is. Just check into your management. Thank you for your time
