Original Comment I have a complaint with your Medford, NY office. I am a member for a while now and brought my friend in to join this weekend. Saturday. Well when I joined I only needed routing number and account number and when my husband joined he needed a debit card. So we get there and they proceed to tell us if we know routing number and account number they will take that , then some guy came over and said no that is wrong we need actual check. She said ok but he did not tell us that the sale was ending and she went back first thing sunday morning gave her an attitude and honestly if you are going to treat customers like that both me and my husband will take our business elsewhere. The customer service in that location is hideous.
