Feed back regarding Netspend Training located at:<br /> 6505 Airport Blvd, Suite 100, Austin TX, 78752<br /> <br /> Regarding my job / team/manager:<br /> Well i was satisfied with the position but not the training or the trainer. At times the trainer became very temper mental and made off color remarks after asked a question such as &quot;that was very dumb&quot; and ect. I passed every test with a 90 and some with a perfect score of 100 on the first or second attempt given. We were given 2 attempts to pass every test and i did so up to chapter 8. At one point the trainer was asked how well the class was going. She responded with saying how it was one of if not the best class she has had. She never mentioned anything about the class being behind schedule. There was one who did not pass the tests on both of the 2 attempts yet i guess she was to well liked to terminate. I was never rude or interrupting during class. I was never warned about my time to take assessments or given notice of my performance prior to this termination or lay off. Although they may have &quot;right&quot; to release a worker it is not right morally or professionally to do so with out being considerate of that employees test scores, human needs, and effort (regardless of a little extra time used for the test) ok. I was never give and told anything about the testing time limit. After some time while taking the assessments the training would only let me or who ever else was testing know how many minute we had left to take the assessment. The trainer never mentioned a set time limit for these tests. I was not given a chance to navigate the system on my own or shadow on the floor. So how can that Netspend manager be so sure that i would not be able to perform the job? Especially after i passed each test with a 90 or a perfect score of 100. I am very disgusted at the inconsideration and biased treatment that i received and this situation should not be just swept under the rug or over looked with out some sort of investigation, questioning, and review of my test scores. <br /> <br /> My issues/concerns at this time that I need to address regarding Netspend:<br /> I have requested reason for termination and feedback regarding my test scores (meaning how many i passed with a 90 or 100 on the first or 2nd attempt) I would like to know why i was not warned or spoken to about my performance or given the time limit for testing. For them to based this termination or released on time to take the tests is ridiculous, unfair, disgusting, and disrespectful to not only myself but the agency that referred me to the job. It is a total dishonor to the contract and disregard to me and my needs as a human. <br /> <br /> Suggestions on how Netspend can improve their process:<br /> Maybe find some way to deal with these managers and trainers being able to cut contracts based on any vague reason so non nonchalantly. My release was not based on pure performance alone but it was based on ignorance and poor judgement of character.<br /> <br /> Date of release notice: 01/12/2015
