Original Comment Lenovo in my opinion SUCKS! I am so sorry that my dad bought me a Z710 for Christmas. They ripped him off. They even charged an additional $179.00 for software that never arrived and they say he signed for it!!! This company is a scam. You can never reach anyone who is competent. I've been told that they can't help me with my tech issues because their system is down. Really? Well, my dad spent $829.63 and I can't use this piece of crap!!! After reading all the comments (negative) posted I think we should get together a class action suit. Enough of this nonsense. Let the court of law handle it. My dad is 89 years old, he is very upset, losing sleep and his health is being compromised over the stress Lenovo is putting him through. That's elder abuse! He needs his $$$ refunded and we will send this piece of crap back to LENOVO. A CLASS ACTION SUIT IS IN ORDER....
