Original Comment I purchased a Tracfone over a month ago & it still will not work. I have tried in vain to get help through customer service & have been told several different reasons why my phone does not work. I even got a new SIM card, inserted it & no service. Another call to customer service & after much talking the man told me I had gotten my phone wet & it was probably in a humid place. I informed him I did not get the phone wet & it was bitterly cold & extremely dry where I live. I then asked for a supervisor & he gave me the same story. I worked for a major airline for over 30 years & we never called customers liars. I've purchased Tracfones in the past & never had a problem. What has happened at Tracfone? If I could shout it from the roof tops I would. I'm extremely disappointed & feel Tracfone owes me a new phone.
