CALL ME BACK TODAY!!! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A CREDIT FOR ONE MONTH NOW SINCE I CANCELLED THE TRIAL MONTH 5 DAYS BEFORE DUE in Jan/15. I tried calling the 650-687-3555 cust. service line and just beeps that I have tried more than once to make sure I did not dial incorrectly. I NEED my Visa card credited today for $144.99. PLEASE EMAIL CONFIRMATION TODAY THIS HAS BEEN DONE!!!!
