Adobe have an appalling attitude to customer service. The only contact information they provide is for technical support, which is very limited. Promises to deal with issues or to call back are completely empty; they never ring back.<br /> <br /> I have an issue about a refund but I cannot find an appropriate person with decision-making powers to deal with it. I feel that Adobe has stolen a substantial sum of money from me and I can't communicate with them to get it back. The sheer lack of access built into their so-called 'customer support' protects them from customers like me who feel thoroughly ripped off.<br /> <br /> Trying to get through to Adobe is like shooting at an impregnable castle with a pea-shooter.
