Original Comment I have had AAA ever since I have started driving. I have used it twice. The last time being that my battery died. The tech came out and insisted that there was no problem with my battery and that I had a massive electrical problem that needed to be looked at ASAP. So, after waiting for 3 hours to hear this nonsense excuse and NOT have my battery replaced, I drove to an actual shop that knows what they are talking about. When the tech tested my battery, he told me he was even stunned that I had made it to their facility, my battery was so bad. So the battery was replaced. At this point I have missed almost a full day of work. When I called AAA customer service to talk to them, all I got was rude service. The first woman I spoke to had a ridiculous attitude with me for absolutely no reason. Then when she said she would forward my claim to someone, I didn't hear anything for weeks. Finally a woman named Tammy called and left me a voicemail. I played phone tag with her for about a month. When I finally got in contact with her, all she told me is that their tech was correct and my battery was fine and there is nothing they can do and refuse to fix my cd player in my car. When I asked how to cancel my service, she said "call the number on the back of your card". I asked her if she had the number. After huffing loudly into my ear, she gave me the number and also more attitude. How am I supposed to want to keep my service with AAA after this? I tried to call a corporate office and all they want to do is throw me into someone's voicemail. I am going to post this everywhere that I possibly can and I will be taking every possible action against AAA. This is ridiculous. I don't know that I have ever received such awful service. I would know - I WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.
