I am writing to tell you that I have been lied to by your customer service people about my account. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Because of a mistake that was made by the employee of Time Warner Cable in the Asheboro, NC my cable was cut off even though I was assured by a Time Warner Cable Representative that service would not be interrupted it was turned off several days later.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> When I confronted a Employee at the Asheboro, NC office to pay this bill and have service restored she told me that even though a Supervisor told me that I could pay my bill on the 23rd of February it was turned off and that the computer was at fault and not the rep who told me in writing on the time Warner chat site which I have the copy printed to show the better business bureau for my complaint as well as the NC Attorney Generals Office.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> This whole problem for a account that was not even a month old and the service has been shut off 3 times is outrageous. My wife, myself, and my 20 year old son has been lied to by your employees on 3 different occasions and this will not be tolerated by me or my family. I have proof from my bank account that disputes what time Warner employees have stated as well as records from a chat rep online with a man named Oscar which we have saved and will go to the FTC, FCC as well. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Apparently you do not have to have any type of ethics or morals to work for this company that has the Monopoly in this area.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Spencer Malone
