I wish I had read the reviews before I started going to Lenscrafters in Dedham, Ma. It has been one bad experience after the other. First I purchased a pair of shades and the prescription was put in upside down. They thought it was a joke and everyone laugh. Went back again to have my prescription glasses done and the optician entered the wrong prescription in the computer and of course I could not see with my glasses on. Went back they fix them supposedly. I was having problems adjusting to my glasses and after eight months I decided to go back to my Optometrist. My optometrist told me they had not put the entire reading prescription on my glasses. Of course I went back and spoke to a female employee who had a stone flat effect face with me. She did not showed any symphaty that she even really care about it of course I am not caucasian. She looked like she could care less if I was happy or not with their service. I was not happy with her response she was trying to tell me they did everything correctly when in fact my optometrist who has much more experience than her told me the opposite. Two days later I made an appointment to see the manager who was very pleasant but I did not think he knew what he was talking about. He didn't even bother to double check the prescription on my glasses. Of course I left extremely dissapointed because I would have to pay for a new pair of glasses and could not afford it. The same day I bring one of my girls glasses to be replaced and they had to get them from another store. When my daughter went to pick up the glasses the next day they could not find them. Needles to say they have to wait almost an hour for the glasses that were supposedly done the day before. <br /> In conclusion I left the store and told him I was never coming back and this was for all three of us. He then said Ok. No apologies. I told him the staff was very inexperience and left. I will not recommend Lenscrafters at all.
