I was in Burlington 2 days ago,in Thousand Oaks, C.A. with my husband, we went to the second floor men's department on Monday afternoon, we we're looking for items for a black dinner, I noticed that in this floor was not a person to help us, it was around 4 pm. I keep waiting to see if there was an associate in this floor, I thought that mamangers or assitant managers help customers when employes go to their break time. So my husband and my self we're very much dessapointed knowing that the floor had no managers, assitant managers and associates. This leaves a huge open door for people to stealed and lose bussines. I do wonder how the manager looks like and how she encounters with customers at the door and if she greets the people who like to go to her store? I wonder if in need of help the managers covered their employes floor for 15 to 20 min. so they can take their break times, and I do wonder over all, how this Managment treats their associates with respect and integrity. You should look into this store and find out what kind of Managment this store is having lately!1 is it about money or about the store being clean with no customers ? Hello, Do You have a real Lost Prevention trainned person in this facility? I never seen one and we go to this store in Thousand Oaks a lot... sad and dessapointment.
