Original Comment We stayed at your Hotel in Chester Pennsylvania. Room 713 on March 14th, 2015. I have never been more disgusted in my life ! When we arrived there was only one person in the whole building to help us and that was the front desk person. We got to our room and found black dirty leather gloves laying right there on the floor. (That should have been our first clue ). There were 4 of us. So we got settled in after 18 hours sitting in the airport and all needing a shower. My husband went first and came out after and said we need more towels cause they only had 2. I called down to the front desk and he told me to wait 15 or 20 minutes because he was the only one there and was busy with new people coming in and that we can come down and get them.( WHAT !) So we went down and had to wait again , just for him to take 5 steps into the back room and get them. As he was down there one of my people turned down the bed to find (SEX Stains) all over the filthy sheets ! (are you kidding me !) So again we called down to the front desk wanting a different room and he said...(come down and get some new sheets ). So we had to go down and get them and make our own bed ! By then we are irrate ! The next morning I went to make some coffee in the broken coffee pot and the damn thing blew up all over the place. And the phone was so dirty and filthy that the numbers would stick and not work properly. We threw the sheets out in the hallway and took pictures and left the blown up coffee pot the way it looked when it happen. We want our money back for the worst experience of a lifetime. The whole place was filthy, the carpet wasn't vacuumed or clean, the bathroom tub was dirty, and the TV you could hardly watch because it was nothing but fuzz.
