Original Comment I bought a sectional four years ago along with a kitchen set and much more for my new home . Ashley furnished my whole house. After the four years the sectional seat sags. I feel I am setting in a hole . Unbelievable!!!!! When I called to see if it could be repaired( I have insurance) they said it was under warrantee for only year. What good is insurance? The only ones here is me and my husband. No kids. My last sectional lasted 20 years with no problems. I am very unhappy with Ashley furniture . Sorry I recommended my friends to a company who doesn't stand by their product. If you could help resolve this problem, I would greatly appreciate it.
