Original Comment Not even worthy of a star. I almost dread having my car towed to this location because every time I have to get service done I don't feel confident in the work being done or feel like I'm getting the best price but its one of the closest locations to me. I might as well go to the car dealership and get my pockets raped but know the job is done correctly. I don't usually complain but the service I've gotten done was below ASE certified in my opinion. Now I understand that the company's main objective is to make money but not on the account of someones livelihood. I know car maintenance is expensive but if I can provide a part at a lower price from the same place you're ordering a part then that doesn't mean that because you cant offer me the warranty that comes with it the quality of the job should be any less. This location has a hard time taking accountability for something not done properly or of quality. I almost regret getting a AAA membership because the little 10% I supposedly save ends up coming back out when I have to get something done again because of a problem I thought was fixed. I thought customer service was supposedly big in businesses such as AAA but my experiences have been far from the standard. I wouldn't advise anyone to go to this location and for what its worth I more than likely wont renew my Membership with AAA. Oh and by the way a tow to this location was estimated at 30 minutes to 45 minutes and it wasn't until 2 hours later that I saw the tow truck driver and the shop was closed and I ended up having to rent a car because I couldn't get my car serviced that day.
