Original Comment I have a Visa debit card for my checking and savings accounts and a cucard that is only linked to my savings account which was verified by a representative Teresa who refused to give her last name. I authorized a family member to use my cucard for access to my savings on to withdraw $40 out of but instead of Navy fcu alllowing access only tothe savings account it also allowed access to my checking account as well and low and behold approximately $150 was allowed to be withdrawn from my checking. I spoke to a supervisor by the name of Nicole who also refused to give her last name but I do know the calls are recorded. The supervisor stated some ATM machines will still allow access to the checking account which is ridiculous! I informed her if the account is not linked there show be no access in which each card is separate. After over 27 years of being Navy FCU I have never heard or experienced such a thing. The transactions to my checking account would never have taken place if Navy FCU would have denied access to the account. I really would like someone to look into this. The representative and supervisor I spoke with is out of NW Florida and my initial call took place at approximately 4:45am and then again at 6:52am eastern time on March 28th 2015
