WE purchased new kitchen appliances and have some issue with each one / delivered to us on Feb 24 2014..The current problem is that we called them to our home last June and told them our ice maker kept stopping . They ordered a new one the guy shows up to install it and it was on a day it decided to work He would not replace it or Leave us the ice maker. He said just shut it off for 10 minutes then back on.. August of 2014 it did work for awhile but started to slow down and malfunction again. We called no response WE called and they said no calls had been made since he was here :( and if none in last 90 days oh well too bad they could not help us unless we want to pay for a house call and part and labor!!!! seriously these were brand new stainless steel appliances we bought on our credit. We are retired on a fixed income and this is ridiculous ... I knew SEARS was going downhill but WOW and KENMORE is now too.... This appliance has not been right since day one we were mislead in the purchase of it to begin with about how the interest worked and now it won't even work right ...I feel at this point they should either fix / replace our ice maker at no expense to us or come get the whole frig and mark it off our sears bill .....so tired of paying for something and in a few months it breaks :(( Please stand up and show some accountability ..
