Original Comment My identify was stolen, someone signed me up to this gym linked to my account. I called the gym, explained what happened, asked for the account to be closed due to me stopping my bank from auto payments. The manger told me the account can't be closed because it has a past due balance. I have never went into this gym before, and i will never go considering how this manger spoke to me. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, THIS IS SOMEONE WHO DOESN'T DESERVE TO HAVE A JOB.
