Original Comment My husband and I stayed at the Days Inn in Lebannon, New Hampshire because I had surgery at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. When we arrived the woman checking us in was very rude. I have never played for my stay at check in but we paid for our two night stay then. When my husband went back to the hotel after my surgery the key to our room would not work. So my husband went to the front desk and asked the same woman that had checked us in the previous day why the key to our room was not working. She stated that she thought we had checked out.The day before this same woman charged us for a two night stay the day before aMy husband and I were there because I had surgery at Dartmouth. When we arrived the woman checking us in was very rude. I have never played for my stay at check in but we paid for our two night stay then. When my husband went back to the hotel after my surgery the key to our room would not work. So husband when to the front desk and asked the same woman that checked us in the previous day why the key to our room was not working. She stated that she thought we had checked out. So this woman charged us for a two night stay and our things were still in our room. But she insisted we were only booked for one night. After around 15-20 minutes of her &quot;Checking&quot; our reservation she came to the conclusion that we did pay for two nights and she did make a mistake. She did not apologize for the mistake. She just threw the key back at my husband and walked away. We will be in the area for follow up visits that will require us to stay over. We will not be staying there again. We will advise everyone staying in the are to not saty at this Day's Inn. This review will also be going up on twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
