we have had service with NET10 for nearly 6 years and never had a problem until this weekend. First of all, let me just say...I am sick to death of dealing with people who cannot speak or understand plain simple english and companies that hire these kind of people for customer service jobs just plain suck and should be boycotted!! We had ZTE phones for our entire time with NET10 and decided to change to Samsung Galaxy s3's. We were still with NET!0 though and kept our same #'s. The Samsungs used sprint networks which suck for service so we sent the phones back and switched back to our ZTE's. NET10 sent us new sim cards to reactivate. We reactivated and the next day my husbands phone got shut off. He called to find out why it was shut off and they said he wasnt on auto refill (he was) and his time ran out. He asked to get it turned back on and set up auto refill and suddenly, his phone did not exist and apparently according to them it never existed and they cannot figure out how to turn it back on cause it doesnt exist. After 3 hrs on the phone with 5 different non-english speaking agents, no one can figure out what to do so they are sending the problem to "engineeering" in the mean time he has no phone service and we have to contact everyone we know about a number change cause when we get a new phone we cannot use the same number that we have had for 6 years. How we go from needed to reactivate our auto refill to hey you never had a phone with us and this number doesnt exist...I have no clue but clearly customer service at NET10 has no freaking idea what the heck they are doing.
