Original Comment I recently lost my partner to a disease. Unfortunately my name was not on his vehicle. I could not afford to pay for his card and mine as well at the time. So i returned the vehicle that he was leasing. I was planning on buying a new VW this year but just received a bill for his car when I turned it in early. Needless to say I will not be buying anymore VW cars in my future. Besides, I've always felt taken advantage of whenever we have bought or leased a car. Sad, considering we've owned or leased a VW for the last 20 years or more. I will now search out dealers that have a no hagel policy as well as a company with some heart.
