Original Comment During the first week in March, 2015, I contacted my agent John Pierce at the grand rapids office on plainfield ave. regarding adding full insurance coverage to my 2006 pick up. I had a verbal conversation with him on the phone along with my wife who was setting next to me at our home during this conversation. On March 26th, a rock flew up and chipped my windshield. I called John and asked if this was covered, he said it was. Well guess what, come to find out he never put the full coverage on my vehicle as i requested. nice memory for an insurance rep. right???? just wanted to question why an insurance person or how he could have forgotten that conversation especially in his position........... i have alot of insurance coverage in other areas with AAA, considering making some changes...... I do not have my policy # at hand, hopefully AAA can find it, James E. Schuler,
