Original Comment No one listens unless you're adding service, then you get the most eager reps who tend to be so anxious that they enter your service order incorrectly. Please don't think about calling to get it corrected as soon as they are alerted you have a problem they treat you like you have the black plague and will transfer you to at a min. 3-5 x's before you get a semi knowledgeable employee that sounds overworked and underpaid is doing everything in their power to be nice to you. I'm frustrated beyond measure that I wasn't able to have the price that was promised to me initially simply because I was specific in my pricing.
