Original Comment Confirmation Days Inn, Rockhill SCI recently made a telephone reservation (for two non smoking rooms at your Days Inn, 875 Riverview Road, Rockhill, SC. On arrival at 1:30 am we found that the rooms (room 122 and 123) were in fact smoking rooms and reeked of smoke. I have a pregnant daughter staying in one room and another couple with a 21 month old baby in the other. On arrival to the rooms, I went back to the office to complain that the rooms stunk and requested two other rooms. I was told that was too bad as they did not have any other rooms. As we were so tired we decided to give it a try. It turned out that Room 123 where the the baby was staying was so noisey from the carryings on in Room 124 that they had to sleep in their vehicle. At around 7am I went to the office to complain and turn in the keys and the woman there again said basically too bad. Actually she didnt even utter a word. I then went to see about breakfast and found that the room was bombarded with teenagers and couldn't even get in it to get a coffee. The teenagers were yelling and screaming in the parking lot outside our rooms and would not quiet down even when asked. I have stayed at the Days Inn for the last 10 years on my trip to Florida and return and if this is the service I can expect, I will not stay there again. Hopefully you will reimburse the charges that were incurred on this date, a total of $230.71.<br /> <br /> I have tried to contact the Days Inn Corporate office and have not received a response. Maybe this way they will listen.<br /> <br /> I deserve to be fully credited for this night!! The whole staff were unprofessional and rude. Some were actually nasty!
