Original Comment Sounds like everyone has to the same complaint. They just transfer you around until you give up. I just spoke with billing and the women basically told me she was just and underling and couldn't help me and won't give me someone who can. In 4 different attempts to use their specialty prescription area no one has ever been able to help me or even give me a price on the medication.
