Original Comment I joined planet fitness 2/9/15.Since that time i have been going 5 times per week.I'm a member of the norfolk virgina milatary hwy club.<br /> Yesterday on my arrival i was accosted by Matt Dunn in a very aggressive manner demanding i take a picture or not use the club. He said he was the general manager and that there was no one else to speak to.I asked that he show me this requirment in the agreement papers but he couldn't.This was strange to me because like i said i'm there 5 times a week for the past 3.5 months.He was loud and seemed to be showing off to his employees.<br /> AS a medical physcian that runs in and out the club in my limited spare time,I wondered why he decieded now was the time to bother me.He also stated that this is a corporate office rule.I have my own reasons not to take random pictures and also don't have any posting on any social medias.I feel violated and i'm currently having consumer affairs to look into this practice.<br /> With all this being said i don't think this Matt Dunn has the people skills to be working at this capacity.It shouldn't be a testosterone challenge.Whats the purpose of having a it's not a gym environment if the management acts just the opposite.
