I agree that the service from Mediacom is the worst. I had to buy a hot spot because there have been times when my internet has been down for "days" and told that it could take 5 days for someone to come out and fix it. Now I do not have NBC in Fort Wayne Indiana because Mediacom is having "contract provider" problems. This happened before with CBS and we didn't have CBS for weeks. If you have a choice pick another provider.
