Original Comment I would not use this company ever again....Upon returning my rental at DFW airport with a full tank of gas that I filled up about 1/2 mile from the drop off, the check-in stooge told me he would have to charge me for a gallon of gas (even though the tank was reading full) because of Thrifty's ridiculous policy of needing a receipt from the gas station. Thrifty's greedy policy is forcing the consumer to use the Fuel Option...Who bothers to get receipts when paying at the pump with a credit card. I complained to the manager at DFW Dominica and she said she could do nothing for me without a receipt even though I mentioned I will print a copy of my charge bill showing the gas fill-up just before drop off and send it to corporate with a complaint. Thrifty proves they do not value customers and would rather stick you with a petty charge than retain your business. Poor customer service will soon play out against their bottom line - maybe corporate bonuses will soon be thrifty!
