Original Comment HORRIBLE!!!<br /> MYSELF AND MY ENTIRE FAMILY WILL NEVER STAY AT ANOTHER DAYS INN!!!!!!<br /> <br /> My family hosted our annual &quot;Family Reunion&quot; at the Days Inn in Ripley, TN from July 3rd, 2015 until July 7th, 2015. This place should be shut down ASAP!!! When I made the reservation the lady at the front desk was EXREMELY RUDE. She had a HEAVY accent and couldn't understand a word she was saying. She told me to call back in 30 minutes to reserve my room. When I checked in and entered my room, to my surprise and DISGUST I found DRIED BLOOD, URINE STAINS, AND HAIR on my sheets, pillow, comforter and mattress pad. ALL the pillows had yellow stains on them as well as the pillow cases. My phone didn't work in my room. When I notified management she told me to wait until the morning instead of fixing the problem. The tv and remote looked like they haven't been cleaned in awhile. The floors were dirty and looked like they hadn't be vaccummed. Management offered me another room, but the same problems persisted. There was hair and unrine stains on the pillows, mattress pad and bed. There were NO HOTELS AVALIABLE FOR 60 MILES AWAY. My brother and his pregnant wife didn't have air condition in 90 degeree weather. He told them the cord had a shortage in it and to not touch it. His key to his room didn't work as well. It was 4th of July weekend so it was VERY HOT! We wanted to go swimming, but the pool was dirty and looked like it was a shorage area. There was garbage and car parts stored around the pool. The bottom of the pool was BLACK! There were frogs outside of our rooms. Puddles of water were in the parking lot that caused a great amount of bugs. The dumpster was overflowing with garbage. We stayed in rooms: 111, 215, 211, 103, and 117. That wasn't even half of our rooms or complaints. On the website it said that they would have waffles and pastries for breakfast. NO!! Instead they had stale white bread, miniature bagels and miniature sausage biscuits and honey buns that looked like they had been bought from the DOLLAR STORE! Myself and my ENTIRE FAMILY had to go to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies to clean the room because it wasn't fit to stay in without being cleaned. We each paid $210.00 to stay for 3 nights and the place and service wasn't worth a one red penny of it!!!
