Original Comment We have stayed at the Days Inn & Suites formerly known as Fairfield Inn & Suites at 7454 Convention Blvd. in Warren MI. 48092. for the past 10 years we have enjoyed our stay while we visiting the Woodward Dream Cruise. We had booked 10 rooms and there were 20 of us booked in this hotel, what a tragedy! three couples were told they had no room's available but they had already paid for the 3 nights in advance ! then we got into our room and there was no toilet paper, no towels and they beds were not made up! they never did do the beds up we had to do it ourselves every day. I am sure in the near future you will be hearing complaints from these 20 people, because the service was unbelievably and absolutely terrible, we have never experienced this before and we will never experience this again because we will never stay there again. So needless to say you will be losing business every year. Also my husband left his brand new Nike's at the side of the dresser in our room, we phoned the hotel they said the housekeeping did not find any runners there! so what happened to them did they disappear into thin air or did one of the staff decide to keep them, we would like to be compensated for such poor service and it will be the month of Sunday's before we stay at a Days Inn again, we travel at least 3 to 4 times a year to the States you will never see us again at any Days Inn.We will also inform ALL of our car club members and there is a lot of them that won't be doing business with you again.
