I have been a net10 customer for a long time and your company has been pretty good on your service Recently my net10 phone touch screen failed and I contacted net10 and they told me I had to send the defective phone in which I did It has been almost a month and I have yet to receive a replacement phone I have contacted service and technical support many times and all I get is the same answer they do not know when I will get my replacement and they can not give me a tracking number. I get the same answer no matter who I talk to 3 to 7 business days and I will get my replacement phone but it never happens (Ii have heard this probably a dozen times already with no results.) PLEASE IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT. (MY TELEPHONE NUMBER FOR THIS ISSUE IS I LOOK FORARD TO HEARING FROM YOU. Thank You Regards Robert Wingo
