Wednesday, September 8, 2015<br /> For 3 years, I have used Safe-Link telephone. I have never had any problems at all. My cell phone as worked perfectly. It's been great.. Until.. now. For 6 months my cell phone as not worked 100%. Many dropped calls. 75% of the time, the person calling can not hear me, even when I go outside. Since August 4, 2015, I have been unable to make outgoing calls! I can not call 911 if there was an emergency. As well, when someone calls me, my telephone does not ring. It automatically goes to voice mail. However, I do not know when or if I receive any calls. I am interviewing for jobs. Today, I didn't receive any voice mail messages until 4 hours after it was sent! Even though, I have checked my voice mail 4 x today. I do not want to miss calls for job interviews. The customer service person 3 weeks ago in Philippines was not empowered by Tracfone to correct the problem. I spent 30 minutes on (my neighbor's telephone) The customer service rep told me that I would receive a new cell phone 7=10 business days. It is going on 4 weeks and I do not have a new cell, nor do I have a working cell phone. I called customer service again and went through all the same steps.I was on instant writing with a customer service via text messaging. I made copy of the message. Then, I tried again with customer service via on-line text message back and forth. I made a copy of that communication as well. Right now, 6:30pm, I borrowed my neighbors telephone again, and reached the Philippines. They have transferred my call to a supervisor. I have been on this call now for 55 minutes!! Help please. Yesterday, I made a official complaint to the Attorney General in Tallahassee, FL.
