I Officially Hate This Airline Why Because I Have So Many Problems With This Company Online Account. It Will Not Allow Me To Check In. Will Not Allow Me To Update My Account To Add My Legal Name On My Identification, Passport, And Drivers License. Booked My Fligt Through Bookit.com And When I Could Not Find The Flight Confirmation Had No Where On Their Site For You To Address The Problem. So I Tried To Call Customers Service These Cheap Fools Don't Even Have Customer Service. I Wonder Who The Ceo Is Because They Are Losing All Kinds Of Money Not Having People To Talk To And Assist Their Customers When Their System And Business Is Having Serious Break Downs In Providing Their Customers What They Need. I Hate To Say That I Am Totally Disappointed That I Will Once More Have To Suffer Through Flying With This Airline. But Please Believe That It Will Be The Last. No Matter How Cheap Of If It Is Even A Free Trip I Refuse To Book With This Airline Again. There Is No Way That I Will Spend My Hard Earned Money On A Ticket And Have A Company Not Allow Me To Check In On Line Nor Allow Me To Update My Name So Or Enrolll Again So That I Can Use The Darn Systme That They Are Trying To Get Oops That They Are Getting Away With To Assist There Customers. Their Online Customers And Phone Systmen Is Incapable Of Helping Customers With Tons Of Thngs That Is Not Offered Via Their Phone Or Internet. Why Do You People Subject Your Customers To This Below Par Customer Service? Hate Hate Hate Hate Sprit Signed Very Unhappy Customer
