Original Comment I stayed at Days Inn &amp; Suites in Roseville Michigan for a wedding 9-11 Oct. We had 40+ rooms. While the room was more than adequate I have a serious complaint about the restaurant. Friday night there was ONE waitress (Carrie-Phenominal Service) who was the Hostess/Waitress/Bar Back/Bar Tender/Table Bust/Dish Washer/Clean Up. <br /> The Cook (Tim-Excellent Food) served as Cook, Dishwasher and Clean Up!<br /> To say they are OVERLOADED is an understatement! There was a group of 40+ Hockey Players, our group had 9 people and there were numerous other groups of 6+ that the waitress had to take care of! The customers were understanding but it DIRECTLY affects service!!<br /> Saturday morning for breakfast was the SAME THING... one person who cooked the food, set the food out, cleaned the dishes, took the trash out, etc... she was overwhelmed. It took a bit for the eggs to come out and then there were 8 eggs at a time. The trash can, which was placed directly behind a patrons chair was overflowing with trash. People started just laying their paper plates on the fire place.<br /> Sunday it was a different woman but the SAME thing... one person to try and take care of everything....cook, serve, refill food items, clean dishes, etc... People had to walk back towards the kitchen to request items that had run out.<br /> When I mentioned this to the Receptionist...she stated &quot;It doesn't matter because they are converting it to a Sports Bar&quot;! REALLY!! The fact your GUESTS...PAY CUSTOMERS aren't receiving appropriate service DOESN'T MATTER!??<br /> So guess it &quot;WON'T MATTER&quot; when we take our business ELSE WHERE!??
